Born in Kyoto in 1948. After graduating from Notre Dame Elementary School, Kyoto Compulsory Education School attached to Kyoto University of Education, St.Viator Rakusei Senior High School, and Yokohama National University Faculty of Economics, he had been in HORIBA,Ltd. for 18 years. Masao Horiba, founder of HORIBA, Ltd., appreciated him all time and assigned sales operations, secretary, management planning, senior manager of welfare company, vice general manager of general affairs, general manager of administration department (and general manager of human resources department) and general manager of product development department. In private, M.Horiba is a wedding matchmaker and lifelong benefactor for him.

In 1989, he transferred to a management consulting company, Japan LCA, and started the first recruitment business in Kyoto with the permission of the Minister of Labor.In 1991, he established Stage Co., Ltd. as representative director, and now has 30 years of experience as a head hunter.Can handle requests with high levels of difficulty, including nominated jobs. His hobbies are seeing traditional Kyoto-Maiko dance and bowling (score 180). Member of Kyoto North Rotary Club.

Born in Kyoto in 1982. After graduating from Notre Dame Elementary School, St.Viator Rakusei Junior and Senior High School, Keio University School of Commerce (Master of Business Administration at Uetake Study Group), joined Takihyo Co., Ltd. a textile and apparel trading company in Nagoya. During his seven and a half year period, he engaged in business from various positions, including corporate sales to major distribution and apparel chains, export operations at overseas bases, production management at own factories, and operation and management of directly managed select shops. Later, as a career step, he gained experience at start-up companies and outdoor manufacturers who achieve IPO, and then turned into the recruiting and headhunting business.

Utilizing knowledges and networks, he is mainly in charge of the manufacturing industry, and has a wide range of achievements ranging from machine makers to administrative departments including management executives to technical departments. Born in Shizuoka City in 1991. After graduating from Shizuoka High School and Tsukuba University's School of Health and Physical Education, he joined JAC Recruitment, a major recruiting company, as a new graduate. As a member of the Service Division, he was in charge of a wide range of companies, from those listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange to start-ups. He has been providing comprehensive support from recruitment support on the corporate side to career change support on the human resource side.In 2018, he joined a startup in the sports field. He is in charge of multiple businesses, including human resource development for sports professionals and athlete support. At STAGE, he provides a wide range of support by utilizing his own extensive network and experience as a career consultant.When he was at Tsukuba University, he was a member of the athletic kickball team. He is still a member of the adult soccer team and continues to compete.

Born in Yokohama in 1998. Graduated from Yokohama Municipal Higashi High School and Kwansei Gakuin University, Faculty of Economics. He was the captain of the Kwansei Gakuin University Soccer Club, which won third place in a national tournament. He played two seasons in the Spanish League before retiring in August 2022. After retiring, he joined a company listed on Prime Market and was promoted to manager within 5 months of joining the company.
At STAGE, he has been mainly engaged in human resource search and scouting since he was an active soccer player. He also provides consulting services to help athletes with their second careers based on his own experiences.

Born in Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture in 2000. Graduated from Chukyo University Senior High School and Department of Sport Science, School of Health and Sport Sciences, Chukyo University.She has been playing basketball since elementary school and joined the men's soccer team at the university as a manager, contributing to the team's development as a team manager from her second year. She has been involved in a wide range of activities, from organizational management to public relations and promotion of university sports.
At STAGE, she uses her experience as the manager of the soccer team to work closely with athletes. She also focuses on activities in STAGE's new business, the athletes' second career business, as well as public relations activities.

Born in Nara in 1998. Graduated from Shiga Prefectural Zeze High School and Kyoto University Faculty of Engineering. He had played Soccer from 8 to 23 years old. In high school, he experienced quarter finals in the prefectural qualification round for the national soccer championship of high school. In undergraduate school, he majored in Earth Resources and Energy Engineering whereas played soccer as vice captain of the Kyoto University Football Club working on multiple activities such as training for freshmen, team building, public relations, proposals for sponsors. Now he performs geophysical research in Kyoto University Graduate School of Engineering while founding and representing a student organization promoting commercialization of university sport clubs in Japan. He will use his research and documentation skills developed through his engineering studies and research activities. At STAGE, he will contribute to the recruitment of engineers, public relations activities, and the establishment of new businesses in collaboration with other companies.

Born in Gifu Prefecture. After graduating from Kobe College Junior and Senior High School and Kyoto University Faculty of Law, she completed the Kyoto University Law School, passed the bar exam in 2007, and registered as a lawyer in 2008. After working at a law firm in Kyoto City and at a listed company in Osaka City (in-house counsel), she opened "Law Office Nagi" in 2023. She provides "small turn-around" legal solutions mainly for small and medium-sized companies, including consultation and resolution of various problems associated with corporate activities, compliance maintenance, business negotiations, and handling of disputes in case of emergencies. She provides strong back-office support at STAGE, focusing on contract and legal aspects.

Born from Osaka in 1965 Through Seifu Nankai Gakuen Educational Corporation, he graduated from Kyoto University (the department of resource engineering) and after then, got the master’s degree there. In 1991, he joined Accenture. He was promoted to manager in 1996, and since 1999, he has been a senior manager, leading numerous projects like industry restructuring, enterprise management reforms and enterprise IT development, mainly in the financial industry. He has been there for 12 years. In 2004, when a national university became incorporated, he was appointed director in charge of enterprise management, financial affairs and industry-academia collaboration at Shiga University of Medical Science. He implemented various management reforms at the university and affiliated hospitals. In 2013, he re-joined to Accenture and leaded the healthcare industry business as Managing Director. Currently, he is working as an advisor to the president of Jikei University, a special strategic advisor for business development at Skylight Consulting, an advisor to RPA Holdings, a board member of the Medical RPA Association, etc. He works mainly in the medical industry, so he is planning and implementing the cutting-edge DX solution into the healthcare organization, collaborating with various medical professionals. He also serves as an angel investor in the medical industry, investing in and providing various support to several startup companies. Based on his career, he supports Stage Co. Ltd, regarding several human resource matters and human resource development in the consulting and medical industries.
